Business websites for Instagram brands
Your Instagram earns the attention. Your website turns it into customers who order, book and message you — from one fast link built for your brand.
Live example: Trucco Salon
One link that does the work Instagram cannot
Most small businesses in Pakistan grow on Instagram first. That works — until customers start asking the same questions every day: What are your prices? Where are you? Are you open? How do I order?
A business website answers all of that in one scroll. I build mobile-first sites for restaurants, salons, clinics, tutors, shops, and personal brands — designed specifically for your business, with WhatsApp and Instagram buttons where they belong.
What every business site includes
- Mobile-first design — loads fast on a phone, even on weak mobile data
- Your content organised — menu, services, products, or portfolio — whatever your business needs
- WhatsApp & Instagram buttons — one tap for customers to message you
- Google Maps & hours — location and timings customers can trust
- Domain setup help — I guide you on buying a domain and linking it in your bio
- Post-launch support — menu changes, new photos, small updates — message me anytime
How quoting works
Simple one-page business websites are custom-quoted. The final quote depends on how many pages, photos, and features you need. Payment is 50% before work starts, 50% before launch — JazzCash or bank transfer.
Most sites are ready within 7–14 days once I have your content. Read the full client guide for process and timeline details.

Quick answers
- How much does a business website cost in Pakistan?
- Simple one-page business websites are custom quoted. The final price depends on pages, features, and content. Payment is 50% before work starts and 50% before launch.
- Why do Instagram businesses need a website?
- Instagram is great for discovery but bad for organised information. A website gives customers one link with your menu or services, prices, hours, location, and contact buttons — so they decide faster and trust you more.
- Are these template websites?
- No. Every site is custom-designed for your business — your colours, your photos, your content. Built by a software engineer, not copied from a generic template.
- How long does it take to build a business website?
- Most simple business websites are ready within 7–14 days once I have your content, photos, and business details.

Restaurant websites in Pakistan
One link in your Instagram bio — menu, hours, location, and WhatsApp ordering. Stop answering “menu bhej dein” in DMs all day.
Live example: Savory Dumplings
Why food businesses need their own link
Instagram gets you discovered. A restaurant website turns that attention into orders. When someone taps your bio link, they should see your full menu with prices, today’s hours, a map to your shop or delivery area, and a button to message you on WhatsApp — not a scattered grid of old posts.
I build mobile-first restaurant websites for burger shops, bakeries, home kitchens, and dine-in spots across Pakistan. Every site is custom — not a generic template — and you work directly with me from first message to launch.
What your restaurant site includes
- Menu pages — categories, prices, and photos customers can scroll on any phone
- Opening hours — clear timings so nobody messages at 3 AM asking if you’re open
- Google Maps — pin your shop or delivery zone so new customers find you
- WhatsApp ordering — one tap to message an order, item, or reservation request
- Instagram contact — buttons where they belong, linked to your business account
- Domain setup help — I guide you on buying a domain and putting the link in your bio
Live restaurant examples
Open these on your phone and scroll — this is what your customers should experience when they tap your link.
- Savory Dumplings — home kitchen with menu, orders, maps, and reviews
- Buzz Burger — late-night hours, menu filters, and order buttons
- Sugar Rush Lounge — bakery menu, deals, and WhatsApp ordering

Quick answers
- What should a restaurant website in Pakistan include?
- At minimum: a clear menu with prices, opening hours, location with Google Maps, food photos, and one-tap WhatsApp or Instagram buttons so customers can order without hunting for your number.
- Can customers order through WhatsApp from my restaurant website?
- Yes. I add WhatsApp buttons on menu items and contact sections so customers tap once to message their order — the same flow most Pakistan restaurants already use, just easier to find.
- How do you quote a restaurant website in Pakistan?
- Simple one-page restaurant sites are custom quoted. The final price depends on menu size, photos, and extra features. Read the detailed website cost guide.
- How long does it take to build a restaurant website?

Doctors · Clinics · Healthcare practices
Doctor & clinic websites
Patients find your practice, understand your treatments and request appointments in advance — on a doctor’s website as careful as the care you give.
Why medical practices need a professional website
Patients research before they book. When someone hears about your clinic on Instagram, from a friend, or through a Google search, they want to see your specialisations, qualifications, hours, and location in one place — not scattered across posts and story highlights.
I build mobile-first clinic websites with clean, trustworthy design. Calm typography, clear information hierarchy, and appointment CTAs that respect how patients in Pakistan actually reach out — usually WhatsApp or a phone call.
What your clinic site includes
- Doctor profile — qualifications, specialisations, and experience patients can verify
- Services & treatments — what you offer, organised so patients understand before they call
- Appointment CTAs — WhatsApp and phone buttons for booking requests
- Clinic hours & location — Google Maps pin and timings that stay up to date
- Professional layout — calm colours, readable text, privacy-conscious contact flows
- Mobile-first design — most patients will open your link on their phone

Professional, privacy-conscious approach
Medical websites need to feel trustworthy. I design with clear contact paths, no unnecessary data collection on public pages, and guidance on secure hosting. I take a HIPAA-style approach to professionalism — clean information, respectful privacy, and no gimmicks — but I do not claim formal medical compliance certifications. If your practice has specific regulatory requirements, we discuss them before building.
Quick answers
- What should a doctor or clinic website include?
- Specialisations and services, doctor credentials and experience, clinic hours, location with Google Maps, appointment booking via WhatsApp or phone, and a clean professional layout that helps patients trust your practice before they visit.
- Can patients book appointments through the website?
- Yes. I add appointment CTAs that connect to WhatsApp or your clinic phone number. For full online booking with calendars and reminders, see booking systems or message me to discuss.
- Do you build HIPAA-compliant medical websites?
- I design clinic websites with a professional, privacy-conscious approach — clear contact flows, no unnecessary patient data collection on public pages, and secure hosting guidance. I do not claim formal HIPAA or medical compliance certifications; for regulated requirements, we discuss your specific needs upfront.
- Why do doctors in Pakistan need a website?
- Patients search online before choosing a doctor. A professional website with your qualifications, services, and location helps new patients trust you — especially when they find you through Instagram, referrals, or Google.
Online stores · Product catalogues · Gift shops
E-commerce websites in Pakistan
A real online store with product pages, cart and checkout — or a structured WhatsApp catalogue for customers who would rather order in chat.
Live example: WorkLoot
E-commerce in the Pakistan context
Selling online in Pakistan is different from selling in Europe or the US. Most customers browse on mobile, many prefer to confirm orders on WhatsApp before paying, Cash on Delivery is still the dominant payment preference, and trust is built through conversation rather than automated checkout flows. An e-commerce website here needs to reflect those realities — not replicate a Western template that assumes credit cards and anonymous checkout.
I build two types of e-commerce solutions for Pakistani businesses: WhatsApp-catalogue sites, where products are beautifully presented and orders flow through WhatsApp for manual processing; and full cart-checkout stores, for businesses with higher order volumes that need a scalable system. Most businesses starting out do better with the WhatsApp approach first — it is lower friction for Pakistani customers and easier to manage before you reach consistent daily order volumes.
As a software engineer rather than just a designer, I can build both the front-end shopping experience and the back-end order management for clients who need it. I am also honest when a simpler solution is the right one for your current stage.
What your online store includes
- Product catalogue — categories, product pages with photos, descriptions, prices, and variants (size, colour, flavour) — built for mobile browsing
- WhatsApp ordering flow — “Order on WhatsApp” buttons that pre-fill product name, size, and quantity so orders arrive structured
- Cart and checkout — for full-store builds: add-to-cart, checkout flow, order confirmation, and payment gateway integration (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Stripe)
- Delivery and shipping info — clear delivery areas, estimated times, COD and bank transfer instructions where applicable
- Search and filters — for larger catalogues, product search and category filtering so customers find what they want quickly
- Admin management — for full-store builds: a simple interface to update products, prices, and stock without needing a developer
Full-stack store builds — GiftLink and Ipswich Retail
GiftLink is a marketplace I built end to end — product catalogue, user accounts, cart and checkout, front-end through to database. It is here to show the engineering behind a complex store.
Ipswich Retail is a live ecommerce proof of concept: homepage, shop, product pages, cart, checkout, and customer care, deployed with Docker on Render.
Quick answers
- What e-commerce options are available for Pakistani businesses?
- There are broadly three options: a WhatsApp catalogue (products listed on your site, orders placed via WhatsApp — works well for smaller catalogues), a custom e-commerce store with cart and checkout (for higher order volumes), and marketplace presence (Daraz, OLX). I build the first two; the right choice depends on your monthly order volume and whether customers prefer WhatsApp or direct checkout.
- Can I accept online payments on my website in Pakistan?
- Yes, though it requires a business bank account and integration with a payment gateway like JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Stripe for international clients. Most Pakistani customers still prefer Cash on Delivery or WhatsApp-based ordering with manual payment confirmation. I build both flows and advise on what your specific customer base is likely to prefer.
- How much does an e-commerce website cost in Pakistan?
- A WhatsApp-catalogue style product site often starts from PKR 45,000. A full cart-and-checkout store with payment integration typically starts from PKR 80,000 depending on product count, payment gateway, and design complexity. I provide a fixed quote after understanding your catalogue and expected order volume.
- What is GiftLink on your portfolio?
- A full-stack marketplace I built end to end: product catalogue, user authentication, cart and checkout. It is a reference build rather than a working shop, and I include it because it shows the engineering a complex store needs — the order management behind the checkout, not just the pages in front of it.
Salons · Clinics · Restaurants · Events
Booking & appointment systems
Customers pick a slot from your real availability, and every appointment lands in one calendar — instead of scattered across WhatsApp threads and missed calls.
Live example: The Padel Range
When WhatsApp booking breaks down
WhatsApp works until it doesn't — double bookings, forgotten appointments, staff asking “kon sa slot free hai?” five times a day, and customers who give up because nobody replied fast enough.
A booking system on your website (or linked from Instagram) shows real availability, confirms the slot, and keeps a record you can manage.
Who needs booking software
- Salons & spas — stylist slots, service duration, branch timings → salon websites
- Clinics & doctors — appointment types, doctor schedules → clinic websites
- Restaurants — table reservations, party size, date and time → restaurant websites
- Events & venues — ticket or seat booking, capacity limits
- Coaches & tutors — session booking alongside fitness or education sites

Website first, booking next, software later
Most clients already have (or need) a business website before adding booking. When scheduling outgrows a calendar widget, the next step is often custom software — staff dashboards, reports, CRM, and integrations.
Quick answers
- What types of booking systems do you build?
- Restaurant table reservations, salon and spa appointment slots, clinic and doctor booking, event registration, and session scheduling — with admin dashboards to manage availability, blocked dates, and confirmations.
- What features does a booking system typically include?
- Customer-facing date and time selection, service or table type choice, confirmation message, admin dashboard to view and manage bookings, and optional WhatsApp notifications. Complexity depends on your business rules.
- Can booking be added to an existing website?
- Yes. Many businesses start with a brochure website and WhatsApp enquiry, then add booking when volume grows. The same engineer who built the site can extend it.
- Is a booking system the same as custom software?
- Booking is often the first piece of custom software a growing business needs. Larger operations need databases, admin panels, and APIs — see custom software for the full path.
Leads · Pipelines · Follow-ups
Custom CRM development
Off-the-shelf CRMs bury you in features you never asked for. I build a focused tool around your real sales process — leads, follow-ups, quotes and what is still open.
What I build
Lead capture, status pipeline, tasks, outreach logging, reminders, and simple reporting — custom to your niche (clinics, salons, agencies, B2B).

Quick answers
- How much does CRM development cost in Pakistan?
- It depends on roles, pipeline stages, and integrations. Message for a scoped quote — often cheaper than forcing a generic SaaS that your team ignores.
- Who is a custom CRM developer in Pakistan?
- Amina Javed builds lightweight CRMs and sales OS tools for founders who need less thinking and more follow-through.
APIs · Dashboards · Inventory · Automation
Custom software for growing businesses
A website gets you found; software runs the business behind it. Inventory, staff dashboards, reporting, integrations and automation, built in ASP.NET and React.
Live example: GeoHealth Tracker
You're not hiring a page builder
Many clients find me through business websites on Instagram. That is intentional — I speak business language first. But when your restaurant needs kitchen display logic, your salon needs multi-staff scheduling, or your shop outgrows Excel, you need an engineer.
For technical depth, live demos, and enterprise work, see my engineering portfolio at aminajaved.com.
What I build
- REST APIs — connect website, mobile, POS, and third-party services
- Admin dashboards — orders, bookings, staff, reports in one place
- Inventory & stock — ingredients, retail SKUs, low-stock alerts
- POS & payments — integrations with how you already sell
- CRM & customer records — repeat clients, history, follow-ups
- Automation — reminders, reports, sync jobs that run without you
The growth ladder
Most businesses grow in stages — not all at once. This is the same path shown on the portfolio homepage:
- Website — menu, services, Instagram bio link
- Online ordering or bookings — customers self-serve
- Admin dashboard — see today's orders, appointments, or leads
- Inventory — track stock, waste, and reorders
- Customer management — history, loyalty, follow-up lists
- Automation — scheduled reports, notifications, sync
- Custom software — systems tailored to how you actually operate
Because you're working with one software engineer, each step builds on the last — less rework, less explaining your business from scratch.
Engineering background
Day job: enterprise .NET backends, SQL Server, REST APIs, IoT integrations, and production systems where downtime matters. Portfolio: React, Blazor, Django, Node.js, Docker, cloud deployments — with live demos at aminajaved.com.
WhatsApp automation
Before a full internal system, many businesses just need fewer repetitive DMs. WhatsApp automation can structure enquiries and orders so staff spend less time answering the same questions. See also custom software vs website if you are unsure which step is next.
Scoped modules — not an ERP replacement
I build focused tools for how your business already works: an admin dashboard, stock alerts, staff views, or an API between systems you already use. That is not a SAP-style ERP. If you need a full enterprise suite, I will say so honestly and help you choose a simpler scope that ships.
Remote delivery
Based in Faisalabad, Pakistan; projects run remote worldwide over WhatsApp and email. Scope, milestones, and handoff are agreed in writing before build starts.
You own the code
For custom software, you own the code delivered for your project under the agreed scope. Domain, hosting credentials, and repositories are handed over at launch — not locked behind a black-box subscription.
Quick answers
- When does a business need custom software instead of a website?
- When spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and manual processes can't keep up — multiple staff need dashboards, inventory must sync across locations, or integrations with POS, payments, or third-party APIs are required.
- What is the growth path from website to custom software?
- Website → online ordering or bookings → admin dashboard → inventory → customer management → automation → custom software. Each step builds on the last with the same developer.
- What technologies do you use?
- .NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, React, Blazor, Node.js, Django, REST APIs, Docker, and cloud deployment. See aminajaved.com for project case studies and live demos.
- Can you extend a website you already built for me?
- Yes — that is the ideal path. I already know your brand, pages, and business model. Adding booking, a staff portal, or inventory is faster than hiring someone new.
WhatsApp Business · Auto-replies · Order flows
WhatsApp automation for Pakistani businesses
Automatic answers to the same five questions, structured order confirmations and follow-ups — without losing the warmth customers here expect from a real business.
The problem WhatsApp automation solves
If your team spends two hours every morning answering the same WhatsApp questions — “menu bhej dein,” “price kya hai,” “delivery available hai?” — that is two hours of operational cost that automation can reclaim. When a customer messages and gets an instant, accurate, friendly reply even at 2 AM, they feel well served. When they have to wait six hours for a basic answer, they find someone else.
WhatsApp automation in Pakistan needs to be built for Pakistani customers. That means the tone should feel human and warm, not robotic. Automated replies should know when to hand off to a real person. Ordering flows should confirm order details clearly and tell the customer what happens next. A well-built automation increases trust rather than reducing it.
As a software engineer, I build automation workflows that are properly structured — not cobbled together with fragile third-party tools — and that comply with WhatsApp Business policy so your account stays active and trusted.
Automation workflows I build
- Auto-reply for common questions — instant answers to menu, pricing, hours, location, and delivery enquiries so your team focuses on orders and complex queries
- Structured ordering flows — guided multi-step conversation that collects item, quantity, delivery address, and preferred payment method before confirming the order
- Order confirmation messages — automatic confirmation sent when an order is placed, with expected delivery time and contact number for queries
- Follow-up sequences — timed messages to customers who enquired but did not order, or to check satisfaction after delivery — always policy-compliant and opt-in based
- Broadcast campaigns — promotional messages sent to opted-in customer lists for offers, new menu items, or seasonal promotions
- Multi-agent inbox — for businesses with a team, routing incoming messages to the right person or department and tracking response status
When automation helps and when it does not
Automation is right for businesses receiving twenty or more similar WhatsApp messages daily, running regular broadcast promotions, needing 24-hour responsiveness, or processing structured repeat orders. It is not the right answer for highly complex bespoke orders that need genuine human judgment, for businesses with very low message volume where the setup cost would not be justified, or for situations where customers explicitly want personal service from a named individual. I will tell you honestly which category you fall into.
Quick answers
- What can WhatsApp automation do for my business?
- It can automatically reply to common questions (menu, hours, pricing, location), send order confirmations with structured details, follow up on pending enquiries after 24 hours, route customers to the right department or person, and send broadcast messages to opted-in customers. It works within WhatsApp Business API and respects WhatsApp's messaging policies.
- Is WhatsApp automation allowed by WhatsApp?
- Yes, with important caveats. Automated messages must follow WhatsApp Business policy: no spam, no unsolicited broadcasts to numbers who haven't opted in, and no misleading bot personas. I build automations that are transparent, policy-compliant, and maintain the genuine human feel that Pakistani customers expect. Broadcast campaigns require explicit opt-in from your customers.
- Do I need to use WhatsApp Business API or is the free app enough?
- The free WhatsApp Business app supports basic auto-replies, quick replies, and away messages — good for small businesses. Full automation, broadcast messaging, and integration with your website or CRM require the WhatsApp Business API, which involves a setup cost and a per-message fee for certain message types. I advise on the right tier based on your message volume and automation goals.
- How long does WhatsApp automation take to set up?
- Basic auto-reply flows for a small business can be set up in a few days. Complex multi-step ordering flows, CRM integrations, or multi-agent inbox setups typically take one to three weeks depending on the number of flow branches and the systems involved.
